My story

Since 2005, I have been engaged in entrepreneurship and innovation work, both through my own projects and as an advisor to others. My first product was the Sinko drain stopper, which was sold in interior design stores in several countries. It was a product I developed to test and learn how to turn an idea into a product. At the same time, I worked at Mälardalen University as a lecturer in Innovation Management and Innovation Advisory, as well as at Innovation Stockholm as an advisor, where I met with several hundred inventors and helped them with advice and financing through ALMI.

In 2006, together with two colleagues, I founded Whitelines AB with the Whitelines writing paper, which I had invented while sketching on Sinko. Whitelines has been the project I have been most involved in over the years. We raised capital, developed licensing deals, created a mobile app, set up our own production, and sold the product worldwide. I was operational in Whitelines until 2022.

On the innovation process side, since 2007 I have been active in a workshop format, Innovation Race, with Innovation Plant and my professor Kaj Mickos. In this workshop format, we have worked with both small and large companies and organizations in several countries for over fifteen years.

In 2012, I was asked to develop and later teach a course in practical intellectual property strategy for PRV, aimed at advisors and lawyers. I ended up teaching this course for nearly ten years.

In 2017, I developed an electric motor principle and started a company to create a new type of e-bike, UDO, which received the Seal of Excellence from Horizon2020, but unfortunately we did not succeed in reaching the market. It was, however, a valuable experience, not least from working with a development team in robotics and design.

Since 2022, I have been working as a consultant and developing new projects, and a new company is now being launched to develop and sell the product DryPops to the consumer market.

The launch of DryPops is planned for 2026, and in the meantime I am happy to take on assignments to help others create new opportunities and businesses.
